Common FAQs asked by our letting agents
We have written some common questions asked by some of the property managers letting agents we work with.
Yes, after we have received the work order for you, we will make contact with the the tenant, book in the job and invoice you when the work has been completed. You will be notified by our system when the job has been booked in and you will be able to log into your client portal to see any live jobs and their progress.
When our electricians are at the property they will electronically fill out the certificate and send to our office to be processed. Our office will aim to have the certificate, invoice and any quote required emailed over to you within the hour of the job being completed. If you require the certificate quicker than that, our electrician can send the certificate directly to you before leaving the property.
We usually take pictures of all our work before we start and after completion, if this is important to you we will make a note to do this on all your jobs we work on.
